This is for Saturday, October 11th:
Breakfast: whatever I want
run.
Snack (optional): smoothie [milk or soymilk, frozen berries or bananas]
Lunch: Veggie burger w/ a slice of pepperjack cheese wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla; soy yogurt or regular yogurt; big handful of m&m's
Snack: big ol' protein bar at work and possibly a banana, more fruit if I'm hungry
Dinner: minestrone soup (It'll be late at night and I don't need to eat much more than that)
I'd love your feedback on my plan. I'm struggling with ed right now (binging) and need some reassurance.
Edit: I followed this plan really well!
