I've had more success with loosing inches than lbs. I was at 133lbs February of this year so I am determined to get there, but struggle with it because........
I do excercise regularly always have... I've added in the last 2yrs not on a regular basis until now a 30min 1x per week strength class that has really toned me up! unbelievably so.. as a matter of fact I'm almost a size smaller but I have only dropped from 4lbs and have 6lbs to go... 138 lbs on my good weigh day w/no water retention..
I realize that muscle accounts for 70% of water while fat only 10% and we all strive for muscle NOT FAT so.... how does a person cope with not losing the lbs, but has replaced this with muscle and is there anyway to calculate the progress here OTHER than clothing and the way it feels on???
