Monday:
- Follow logged plan as closely as possible
- Drink 2 waterbottles worth of water at work
- Work out after work
Tuesday:
- Log entire day before leaving for work
- Stick to logged day
- Drink 2 waterbottles at work
Wednesday:
- Log entire day before leaving for work
- Stick to logged day
- Drink 2 waterbottles at work
- Work out after work
Thursday:
- Log up to dinner before leaving for work
- Drink 2 waterbottles
- Enjoy myself at technical dinner meeting
- Enjoy 1 serving of bread but avoid any other extra calories not served with entree.
- Save 1/2 of my dinner for lunch Thursday
Friday:
- Eat normal breakfast and leftovers for lunch
- Dinner is fast food - try to keep under 600 calories
- Avoid free bagels and any other extra calories today
Saturday (backpacking trip):
- Stop hiking while snacking, and try to limit to once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
- If Josh has packed treats (such as smores or beer) try to limit to 300 calories total today.
Suday:
- Stop hiking while snacking, and try to limit to once in the morning
- Try not to go overboard at dinner out and eat some veggies.
- Avoid treats today.
It feels good to have a plan. I know it will be very challenging (again) this week. Although I'm excited to go backpacking!
