Okay, I said I would skip weigh-in this week because of TTOM, but I couldn't do it. I weighed this morning and I have lost two pounds. A good, solid two pounds!!! This brings me to a grand total of 60 pounds lost!!! I am halfway to my goal weight! My weight is 230 this morning. Only 20 more to go until I lose the "obese" label. Maybe I can be "not obese" by Christmas? That's going to be my goal!
My BMI has dropped from 41.6 at my starting weight to 33 now!
It's back to school this week! I've enjoyed the week off, but I've missed my students and I'm ready to go back.

Good for you!! I am still in shock over how quickly you have lost this weight. By the time I'm at 230 you'll probably be at 170. |

Do you always choose to skip weigh-in ttom? I was just wondering because my scale said +2 this morning and I was devastated. I have been working out and eating as normal and was hoping that ttom was the culprit. Any ideas? |
