Entry Large Deficit Today

I worked so hard today with exercise that I actually had to add food so that my deficit would not be too big!  Yay! I've cut 15 minutes off my 4 mile walk since I started.  I used to take one hour and 15 minutes to do it, now I can do it in one hour.  That made me feel great!  I also did lots of heavy-duty cleaning, moving furniture, etc.  I love burning calories that way because I can accomplish something that needed to be done anyway.  My home contains much less dust tonight than it did this morning!
