why am i so crap at this? i lose a stone and it takes me months and then now its almost all back on again?!! 141 this morning, i am not happy. uni and m new job etc makes it so hard for me to stay focused on the diet. we went out to eat 3 times this week too so basically im sabotaging my own diet. today i have a packed lunch so i should be alright today, i just need to work on the other days badly one day at a time eh?

Chill girl- it's all a learning curve- how to 'exist' while doing 'normal' things. It's about finding a balance. You can do it.Smile

My daughter's always picking up stones.  Her room is littered with them, although she's become an adept fossil-finder (my father's a paleontologist of sorts...studied extinct, fossilized plants with Dr. David Dilcher at IU...anyway...).  We sort of force her to lose some of her stones every now and then.  :D

Think of it as a lifestyle change - your situation changed, and now you need to learn the new lifestyle that brings you the changes you want. Takes a bit of work, but you've done it before, you can do it again.
