why am i so crap at this? i lose a stone and it takes me months and then now its almost all back on again?!! 141 this morning, i am not happy. uni and m new job etc makes it so hard for me to stay focused on the diet. we went out to eat 3 times this week too so basically im sabotaging my own diet. today i have a packed lunch so i should be alright today, i just need to work on the other days badly one day at a time eh?

My daughter's always picking up stones. Her room is littered with them, although she's become an adept fossil-finder (my father's a paleontologist of sorts...studied extinct, fossilized plants with Dr. David Dilcher at IU...anyway...). We sort of force her to lose some of her stones every now and then. :D You will be 139. :) |
