im making an appearance for once. i slipped, i admit it - but all is not lost!

139.6.... its still under 140 yay!!! ok so the plan is to lose that 9.6lbs. this is doable!!!

if anyone has words of support i could prob do with them right now. diet and uni do not seem to fit together! lol

Miss you, girl.    2 words:  PLAN AHEAD>    make your lunch and snacks at night and take it with you.  get to campus early and walk for 15 minutes.....    park far away on purpose.     sorry --   not sure how to help, but want to!!!!!  

Are you on campus or off?   that would make it easier for me to make suggestions.   it is just good to see you are alove and kicking, chica!   hang in there ---  it will get easier!!!

hi tigz, missed you :)

I have an apple in my purse at all times in case the hungries strike. There are too many places that will sell me a slice of pizza between classes!

I also am a huge fan of my gym locker. I always have gym clothes at the gym, so whenever I can slip away and work out, I don't need to have planned for it that morning.
