This is the day I have chosen to start my liquid diet. I will attempt to lose at least 20 lbs by October 31st. I will try my hardest to be consistent with this diet. I am very looking forward to losing weight. My diet will consist mainly of Broth, yogurt,gelatin, apple and cranberry juice, V-8, and if feeling weak, apples or pears. Hope I can Stay on track.
