Boo.. :( those 3 lbs came back. I am working on getting them off this week. I need to start exercising, but once you get out of the groove it is hard to get the motivation back. Having a busy lifestyle doesn't help, especially since I haven't designated time in my schedule to exercise. I leave for work between 7-7:30am, drive 1hr -1hr20min depending on traffic, work 8 hrs, drive home 1hr15min -1hr30min depending on traffic and pick up my daughter from daycare. Then we get home around 6pm, make dinner eat between 6:30 and 7pm. From 7-8 I like to spend time with my little sweet pea coloring or playing or watching TV. Then it's time to get her ready for bed, in bed around 8:30. Now I still haven't checked the mail done dishes, laundry, spent time with son or husband. Now I am pooped... time for bed Undecided.  And that's Monday and Wednesday. Tuesday and Thursday, sweet pea has karate from 6-6:45 so everything gets pushed back another 1/2 hr or so. Frown.  I am not a morning person; I've tried to get up early to exercise. It's not in my blood Embarassed.

Any suggestions?

gosh, you really have a full schedule!  how long of a lunch do you get?  maybe you could walk around your building for half an hour a day and squeeze in some weights or longer hikes on the weekend with the sweet peas and hubster?

you're right, tho, it's hard to get back into the routine when you've stopped - and i'm not much of a morning person either!  if i think of any other exercise ideas for ya i'll let you know!

I don't take a lunch, I just work the 8 hours and eat lunch while I work. Otherwise I would be home that much later :(.
