Entry My first day

Today is my first day logging. My start weight today is 247.8, My goal weight is 147. I have a long ways to go. But i really need to do it for my health and just for my self. Im tired of not being able to wear decent clothing. I love veggies so that is what Im going to focus on eatting more of. Less meat, Less sweets. No chips. Lots of water! No pop! Wish me luck.

You can do it!  I am told that if you look at the smaller goals it is easier to reach your larger one!  You are not alone!
