Entry A better weekend

Let's see I think I finally did better on a weekend than I have in a long time.  Friday after work I went to a pampered chef party and had basically 2 slices of pizza and 2 mini brownies, came home and ate nothing else!!!

Saturday morning got up and did the 8 mile.walk/jog and then went by a friends house and had a slice of banana bread and a cup of coffee and a banana, for lunch I had some boston butt with about a tablespoon of sauce and a small bag of sour cream and onion chips, my neighbor brought us a dish that we cooked called string pie alot like lasagna I cooked it and had just a bite then we had a bon fire and I had just a little of the pasta dish before and a hot dog at teh bon fire and a few doritos, I did have a drink, pinapple orange banana juice with some coconut rum, but honeslty my stomach was still growling when I went to bed.

Sunday had raisin bran for breakfast and lunch was some of the pasta and then later I did have some boston butt no sauce and a bag of mini pringles, then we had mexican for supper so Sunday wasn't my greatest day but I feel I did better than I have in a while. 

So back on track today I think:  

Raisin bran for breakfast, lunch was a grilled chicken breast sandwich from Sonic and a fiber one peanut butter bar and a bag of 100 calorie  popcorn for a snack this afternoon, supper was 4 ribs and a banana no snacks tongiht.

Onward I go.....

Sounds like you're doing really well...YAY for being back with the program...I'm so happy and relieved for you :)
