thanks guys! i know that some of you only read these messages i post & i don't care. it's MY journal. anyway, i love my new body & i love my new attitude, & i love that it's not a race!
the 1st time i reached my goal weight i did it too fast. the 2nd time was from starvation from that other gramma driving me 12 hours away & not bringing me anywhere to eat.
this time it's gonna be from ME!!! which is the best!!! :D i am slowly getting there & it's gonna be from eating AND eating at night!!! i am trying to train the body to expect to eat, even at night, AND it's working! i am so happy, you have NO idea!
i'm almost there!!! 135 today!!! WooHoo!!! i really want to go lower this time, so my high will be 134. i guess we'll see what happens. it's not today or tomorrow. it's the rest of my life!!! that's the best part!!!
there's no hurry... :D i will get there & you ALL know that i will. i'm doing it slowly this time, that's all. that's the right way to do it anyway.
i hope you ALL are hanging in there. you better be!!! :) this does work!!! just take your time. make ONE change at a time if that's what you need. it doesn't matter. it works though!!!
LOL i can't remember the last time i counted calories...
You're lucky snow to have a fast metabolism or something that you can eat a lot, not count calories, eat at night and at buffets and still lose weight! Wish that was me ...but I'm not a big eater and I gain weight easily! |
