Well, i'm a week away from my goal of 90kg/198ponds. This goal was planned since April this year when i weighed in at 264pounds.
I have failed the mission. I'm not a very big eater at all, but it appears that i easily put on weight fast. I do have a sweet tooth, love my chocolates, i don't eat cakes. I had way to much time on my hands/fridge, being unemployed and all. Well, i'm going to start work very shortly, and will be forced to stay away from food except for lunch and dinner, so i hope this will help me start my journey once more.
I wasted 6months. I guess one only loses when they give up, i refuse to give up. I did stop walking for various reasons, one being I was lazyyyy.....
I start this journey at 255pounds, with a 57pound goal in mind.
