It seems the more fatigued my body gets from exercising, the more determined I am to exercise. It was SOOOO hard to get up today. I had a meeting at church that lasted until after 9:00. By the time I got home, got lunches packed, got a ministry matter handled and took care of reviewing materials for a side job, it was after 10:30 by the time I crawled into bed. That alarm clock couldn't have made me feel worse. I snoozed a couple of times, but eventually got up and got some decent time on the treadmill in.
My morning weigh in was gratifying. I don't always believe my scale, but if the number doesn't bounce back up tomorrow, I'll feel a little more satisfied. I tend to lose right out of the gate, and then level off. That does help motivate me, but I need to be careful not to stress my body too hard. I don't want to lose my hair like I did last time. It's still growing back and makes for the most obnoxious fly-aways!
Overall, I'm happy with my progress and feel like I'm maintaining a reasonable attitude about the process.
