I hit a real low Saturday when I got sucked into temptation at the mall and had lunch at Dairy Queen. I had the bacon cheddar burger, which I had no idea had as many calories as it did - over 700! But at least the fries (which I shouldn't have had) were only in the 300s, when I would have anticipated that they were in the 500-calorie range. And then I had a blizzard, which I *really* shouldn't have had, but hey, it was the flavor of the month, pumpkin pie... available only for a limited time. :-) So, anyway, I went way over my goal Sat.
Sunday, I did a little better, but I had pizza from Papa John's, which I shouldn't have done, and I was a couple hundred calories over my goal.
I've really got to try to get better and start falling within my goal again. I've got to stop with the fast food and pizza, and it would help if I would stop being really hungry in the evenings.
Well, maybe I can do better today... Keeping my fingers crossed!
