Over the weekend I consumed way too much junk food. And even though I ran 6 miles on Saturday I don't think I came out ahead calorie wise.
How disappointing! *sigh*
I told the hubby last night that I needed his help. He looked at me questionably and I told him "Help me not to eat any junk food this week until the 1/2 marathon (which is the 19th)."
He immediately got this "omg I hate this look" on his face, but I told him that I wouldn't get mean should he try to stop me from eating crappy food. He asked for that in writing, which of course I didn't give him! lol
So today I am sitting at my desk at work and I get CCed in an e-mail from him which was addressed to a good co-worker of mine and also an admin (that always has candy on her desk grrr) telling them that I am not to have any junk food! (He works were I work, just a different floor and knows both of them).
So, hopefully my food choices this week will be much better than over the weekend. I want to do well in the 1/2 marathon and need to have a 'clean' body to do that.
Ran 3 miles and lifted some weights at lunch today. It all went well.
