I am going to be living how I want my life to be! I will eat 600 cals daily. And have 1 free cheat day.
I will achive my goals now because everything that stopped me before is now gone! HERE I GO!!!!
MY EASIEST DAYS TiPS:
1. My max calories per day is 600
(IDEAL DAY:)
B: gfruit
L: pro shake
D: salad with pro
S: kaffee / mjolk
2. NO MAN MADE food... stage 1 only (gods figer touched it in raw form)
3. WO:
yoga 7x
run 5x
home tone 3x
4. WORK and get stuff done - but get your own clients!
Umm... 600 cal is really unhealthy. For a sedentary, tiny woman the minimum is 1200 cal a day. Then if you exercise on top of those 600 you'll be really starving yourself... and either 1) you'll develop an eating disorder or 2) you'll start binging because you can't maintain that lifestyle. Please don't hurt yourself like this. |
