Ok, I didn't exercise yesterday, I was supposed to do it today. I didn't do it today either. Well ok, I guess the stretching and pushups I did yesterday do count. I got six. And I got seven today. So I am trying, but it's not good enough.
At least I am sitting at the table.

E: Walk 2x, Stretch/Pilates 2x

We went to Jeff n Megans to watch the game. I had some beers and lortab, and doritos.

I started my period today. It wasn't really hard, but I had plenty of advil.

Lunch: No, Michael brought it to me
Dinner: Yes, at Jeff n Megans, no beer
Tomorrow, I will wake up and do my pilates video. I want to go golfing on Saturday. And I will walk the dog tomorrow evening.
