So, I muched through 2106 calories...
Fat - 26.8% (64 grams)
Protein - 32.4% (175 grams)
Carbohydrates - 40.8% (220 grams)
Alcohol - 0.0%
Other - 0.0%
....a much better showing than my very indulgent yesterday.
I'm doing stage 1, workout B, for the second time this evening. My husband is going to come and let me know if my form is OK doing my deadlifts with dumbells instead of barbells. I'm not sure what I'll do longer-term, as I'm lifting the heaviest ones we have. I guess I'll cross that bridge when I get there.
I'm finding that I do feel a little sore on the day after I lift and on t+2, but I'm not THAT sore. Part of me wonders if I need to lift more, but I am lifting as much as I can without losing form.
OK, enough typing... time to go work out.
