I have been working towards this for a long time. I just keep going up and down, never constant. I am officially starting a work out routine. I have lost fourty pounds, and gained it all back. I lost 70 pounds, and gained it all back. I'm done. Its going.
I know exactly how you feel Weight off Weight on I am done!!!! I have finished the first week of dieting and lost 4lbs and that was with a house full of company. Neither one of us will fail Keep working one day at a time and soon enough you will be at your goal weight. |
