So I see you got my telepathic messages of "Where are you? How's it going?"  I was going to pm you yesterday, but I had computer issues.  Today was nutso too.  Had a guy visiting at work for the last two days.  He's from Maryland too.  I was going to ask him if he knew you!  LMAO  No, not really.  I have to say though, he had quite the accent, so from now on I'll be reading your journal with a cute little southern accent. Wink

Your numbers look great.  I on the other hand, should probably have eaten more, and now I've just eaten a Oh Henry Pro bar.  After I bought it I checked the stats and although there's like 12 grams of protein, there's 21 grams of fat.  Oh my.  Gulp.  It was yummy though!!  Next time I'll eat it and then look.

Well hi there!! That was a very nice surprise... not remember you?? That's too funny... I can never forget you! I think about you often but made the mistake of believing you when you said you were leaving CC for good & going onto better places. You are a  very determined lady so I just assumed you meant business. I haven't been around very much this summer on any site so I had no clue if you were either.

New job & getting back to basics too.. perfect timing! It seems we all run back here when we need support & the tools to get in shape. This week alone I've seen  a few of my old friends recommit with me. I am only on day 2 this round of really working at it. I hope you don't disappear on us again!!

Hey your analysis on your sodium and fat look fantastic! How in the world are you only getting a B+?  That simply doesn't make sense to me.

HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think about you all the time. But even more so on Tuesday. BL night. But I don't sit on the couch any more. I ride my bike through it. are you with me? sitting or ridding either way.

Last night I got to sit with my grandaughter through the whole thing it was so much fun....
