Entry awesome midterm, crappy midterm
Oct 15 2008 22:03

today was a bad day. i woke up, remembering that the conservatives won, gaining 15 more seats, and being only 10 seats away from a majority. UGH. wtf.

then i had two tutoring sessions this morning, and two midterms this afternoon. i was at school from 9 till 6 with like 3 hours of break ish.

i packed a good lunch though, and i went just a bit over my maintenance overall. i went to dennys for dinner with my sister (the one i like). i was tired, got back from school at quarter to 7, didnt feel like cooking, and felt like crap from my midterm that didnt go too well.

we split the mozza cheese sticks for an apethizer ( 355 each), then i got the ranch chicken melt (cut it in half and brought the other half back for tomorrow's lunch - a first for me. usually i always eat the whole thing) and fries. just that was a step forward for me really. next step should be to cut apethizers or switch the fries for something else.

334 - breakfast        &am p;nb sp;
105 - morning snack
497 - lunch
  96 - afternoon snack
1228 - dinner
2260 total

Hello, I don't know if you welcome comments at all on this journal, but if I may, I thought I should mention that you should strive to make your breakfast your largest meal of the day.  You'll sleep better at night and have more energy during the day for it. =)

I totally do, I love any imput.

Honestly, my biggest battle has been to decrease my night meal and to increase my breakfast and lunch. The journal for that day obviously shows how I totally fail. my current plan is about 350 breakfast, 100 snack, 450 lunch, 75 snack, and 600 dinner, and i have trouble with that. when i master that, i would like to take 100 from dinner, and bring it to the breakfast. thank you for your advice
