Darn holidays!

Man, I love holidays, and I hate holidays!  I ate way too many desserts during this Thanksgiving (Canadian Thanksgiving, for all the Americans out there!).  Pumpkin pie after cheesecake and then some.  It's those darn desserts, and turkey, that you don't get to eat all the time.  And then when the holiday comes up when we eat these foods at dinner, I go overboard.  Blech!  I tried to tell myself, I'll work it off by jogging on the treadmill tonight, but I didn't do it.  Gotta make up for that now!
