Although i have a million and one things to do this morning, I had to workout. i find that i am too exhausted by the end of the day and my body needs that added burst of energy. i have to lose 15 pounds before my husband comes home in dec. from iraq. he will be so surprised. i want to be a size 12. right now i am a size 14. i am so proud of my accomplishments thus far. howver, i am afraid of gaining the weight back once my hubby comes back home. i pray that it doesn't happen. however, it easy to slip back into old habits.
Since January 22, 2008, I have lost a total of 56.4 pounds.
