Hi everyone. This is the 1st day (well night) that Im on here. Today really sucked. Ive pretty much just been sitting around. Tomorrow is a new day and im really going to get on the ball with it!! I lost 31lbs last year and practically gained all of it back, so I am ready to loose that plus more!! I hope to make friends here to get me motivated :)
Well, you've come to the right place for friends, and help and encouragement. Congratulations on making that decision to start again. Every day is a new day. Falling off track doesn't matter as long as you get the train rolling again. So, let's get on with this weight loss program. Read forums. Fill out your food log. Daily, not just when you feel like it. It's not that hard to navigage this site. Don't fudge (probably not a good word to use on a weight loss site) on your food entries. You're not fooling anyone but yourself if you do. Analize what you eat. I started off getting B's. Now, I'm a non stop A every day. I can see where my choices have been poor and learn from that analysis. Most of the time I knew already that it wasn't a good thing to eat even before the analysis. BTW, cute kitty! Is that your's or just a great Halloween picture you found? I'm a cat lover (dog's too), and my BU (pronounced Boo, and short for Babyuggie) is my baby girl.
