Baby, When the Lights Go Out

The fusebox blew last night, right after I got in from my audition. Let me tell you, it is fucking scary to be stood under a violently sparking cupboard. I managed to burn my hand on the (only just) boiled water in the kettle, which was greatly annoying both in terms of pain and because that was the last of the boiled water not then brewed on the hob. Ended up making this wierd stew of the frozen foods that needed to be removed from the freezer; we lost electric, heat, hot water and the fridge/freezer. :\

Anyway, wierd stew by candlelight. We threw in sweetcorn, broccoli, a few other random vegetables, and some sausages... fairly empty freezer, yes. But, ah. It didn't taste that good. Think it was down to the dodgy sausage.

But everything is back, now! Hoorah!
