ok ok not so bad...i only went 130 calories over, that's cuz i planned on eattin shrimp for sup cuz it's low cal but there was only like 5 lil ones left...so plans changed...but that's ok...normally i go way over on the weekends...so yea for me!!Tongue out

ok so i didn't log my food over the weekend cuz i ate bad and drank alot...i'll be back on it from this point on i'm tired of bein fat and instead of goin down in weight i'm slowly goin back up!!! Yell
