my 1st week past

i was really good on my 1st week

i exercise every day

4 days power walk and 3 days run. each time not lesser than 30 mins

and i keep my intake lower than 1550kcal.  just one day i ate 2200 kcal. but i finally get the balance in/out put by out for an hour run right after my big dinner that night.

so~ even i tried really hard this week

i just lost 1 lbs.  couldn't believe i move my ass out 7 days, just can get 3500 kcal deficit a week.

well~ i know it takes time. and i started to feel I'm not that easy to feel hungry now. so, i re-entre my eat meter to 1400kcal per day. hopefully can lose more pounds.

p.s. how come some dude can lose 8 pounds a week?  that's more than 3500 kcal deficit a DAY. how can he do that? if i need to get 3500kcal deficit a day, i gotta go for run 8 and half hours continously -- that's insane!!
