Entry Week 17 Day 1 Six-hour hike

We had a beautiful day for hiking.  Lunch was two rice balls.  I snacked every hour or so on the hike.  I didn't notice any difference in energy.  We walked for 6 hours. 

I'm in the middle in front.  Still overweight, but more than 15 lbs lighter than the last time I walked this route!  The stock market gyrations are a little scary.  I hope my stocks are ok...

We will eat out again for the fifth night in a row.  Tonight, the menu will be very special.  I really am looking forward to it, and I will have a huge deficit to eat up.  This is heavenly...

Today's goals:

Food: eat anything I want, done drink enough fluids could have had more

Exercise: 6-hour hike done

Dinner for Mike's wife was really beautiful.  Everything was delicious, and there were not too many fried foods, so I stayed in my calorie range even with three glasses of wine and a tiny scoop of icecream at the end.  YAYYYY...
