I'm so excited I can hardly think straight. I weighed myself today, and I am 2 kilos lighter - I cut under 150 lbs. WHOO-hoo!!!
What an exciting start to the day. The rest of the day was quite unspectacular, and I went way over calories. I didn't have time to post my goals for the day, and it really showed in my willynilly attitude to eating indiscriminately during the day. I finished up with a stomach ache from eating to much at a potluck. Now I need to go to bed early (now 10:30 pm) as I am whipped. Goes to show - you have no plan, and you get just what you planned - nothing good.
OMG!!! i knew you would do it!!! :D congrats!!! you must feel great... and look great, too. that is so cool! |
that is terrific!!! *starts to dance* this calls for a party! I knew that you would lose. have a God day!! love, Karen |
It was so wonderful to hear from you! I can't believe that you are ten pound away from me! Where did you start? |
Great Job! Do you think it might be due to the zig-zagging? I'm so proud of you. I would imagine that it feels so great to drop under those weights you haven't seen in a while. (When I get under 200 I may scream so loudly you can hear me in Japan.) |
yep! you've gotta have a plan & you do!!! your plan is awesome & it works. that was ok to stray, though, and i'd say it was probably even good for you. just don't do it all the time. :D sorry you didn't feel good, though! |
Congrats on the great loss!!! You can get back on your plan tomorrow. Losing is so exciting! |
Good for you! |
2 k's down is huge! Amazing. congrats. I agree you deserve a day off the routine every so often. Sorry you felt bad, tho' that takes some of the fun out of it. When my scales go down 4 lbs, they usually rebound up again, but overall the trend is downward. I know you're excited! That's great. keep up the good work...well, I know you will. |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
