Today I want to start a new beginning. I have been saying this for the last several years. I talk the talk but do not walk the walk; however 2 months ago i reached a whopping 226lbs. My husband wanted us to start something together and asked me to step on the scales...i just looked at him and said"OMIGOD". I couldn't believe it. I thought maybe, 210 or lower but not 226.
So i came into work this morning and started off with my morning shake. About a half hour ago one of my co-workers brought in a black bottom muffin. Not sure if you know what they are but I would say quite a few calories. Took the top off the muffin(the most fattening part) ate it and threw the rest in the garbage. Okay, so I already blew it somewhat but I am going to try and eat sensibly for the rest of the day. I have my vegetarian chili(no, i am not vegetarian; just wanted to cut out the hamburger meat) my yogurt and my fruit. This evening i am planning to do a shrimp stir fy
