It's that time 'o the month, which for me only happens four times a year. This is the first cycle since I began weight lifting and I'm feeling symptoms earlier than usual and my whole body is tired. I'm planning to eat at maintenance for the week, do one less weight training session and replace it with steady state cardio.
I'm finally moving into stage 2 this Thursday, which also happens to be curriculum night and the day pms becomes ms (usually). So I'm hoping that increased, healthy calories, and reduced stress on my cns will help me defeat the crazy cravings for salt and fat, and help me have enough energy and strength to have a great session on Thursday.
