Yes today I was strong. I said no to Denny's
I said no to bad food. I am stronger, better than I was yesterday.
I did however eat wrong foods at wrong time.
I had a good breakfast, but ate oatmeal for lunch and then had icrecream(low fat)
jelly (sugar free) fruit Weightwatchers and chocolate pudding weight watchers for dinner
I have been active today so that is good.
Tomorrow gym and that I am looking forward to.
