Entry Day 5 and going strong...

Learned a lot...eat something in the morning...and drink more water.

Had a great workout at the Wellness Center, treadmill for 40 minutes and finish with a little weight training. My legs are still sore and stiff from Sunday's workout. I'm doing excellent at reducing pop and increasing water intake...by subbing everyother pop with a bottle of water. I'll be anxious to check out the scale on Thursday...

This web site has been a great help in tracking/calculating calories. Makes logging food and exercise less painful...I need to use it as PLANNING tool, too...put some recipes into the database and make good, informed decisions about eating right.
