Does anyone ever feel like their body is doomed to stay the way it is? I swear...I have no self control sometimes. I have been eating junk for the last three days and it has become rough to get back on track. I am still in the bounds of my calorie allowance, but my body feels gross and I am tired. I would like to get back on track with healthy foods fast.
I think now that I have gotten this off my chest....it will be a lot easier. Just thought I would see how others felt when they ate junk foods for their calorie intake versus healthy foods. Let me know your battle wound stories....it would be great motivation to know I am not the only one.

I am on day #4 of my counting calorie process till I get it to a habit. It has been a bit hard to not weigh myself daily. Not too hard though because I have my daughter to keep me busy. I am in a weight loss cycle...after watching my caloric intake...I have lost 1.6 pounds already.YAY! Hopefully I don't get discouraged if I don't see it keep coming off the way it is. It feels good that even that 1.6 pounds has made my clothes fit looser. I can't wait to see what it feels like to put on a pair of my old pants when I actually reach my goal of 130lbs. I have been thinking about doing this diet called "The Soup Diet" just because the soup looks delicious and I could definitely eat it all the time. I know that diets aren't good for you...and you should do something that is a lifestyle change. I figured that this one isn't all that bad because it doesn't claim to help you lose 8 pounds a week but rather promotes healthy weightloss. I will start it when I move into our new condo. I may have some trouble with my husband complaining that I don't eat anything else...but fruit....veggies....and yummy soup. He will still eat great food just because I love to cook. I am so excited about our new move....it is such a nice condo and BIG! 3 Bedrooms and 3 baths...a deck...and a huge master bedroom. WOOHOO!

I am new to this program. I think it will be fun to see if it works and I enjoy being on it. So far....it ROCKS!!! I hope people check my page and add me as a friend. The more friends and challengers I get the more successful my weight loss. I have 18 pounds to lose!
Today I have a head cold and I have been trying to keep my liquids up but it is very difficult...because everything sounds unsatisfying. I brought some chicken with mini noodles campbell's to go soup with me and some tuna fish and crackers. Too much salt...but it seems to be battling this cold.
Do the calorie counts on Subway sandwiches include the extras?
