I am down 4.5 pounds from last week, with a total lost of 10lbs.
I am so happy. This has been a fairly easy two weeks. I've been counting calories religiously during the week. I have 4 small kids, so Friday's are pizza night. So, this Friday, I ate Pizza and didn't count the calories. I only had two slices and a half of a steak and cheese hoagie. Alot less then I would usually eat, and I didn't snack afterwards. I just watch on the weekends and don't put all of my calories into the computer, but I eat the same things for breakfast and lunch.
I am hopefull that counting calories will work if I stick to the plan. With Calorie Count it is easy to count calories! I have tried to diet several times over the past several years and I always loose around 10 lbs and then it becomes difficult to loose anything else. Although, it usually takes me several weeks to loose 10.
I've been feeling really good since starting counting calories. I am hoping I can take enough weight off that my knees stop hurting everyday.
