Physical Activity: Chest, shoulders, triceps (55mins) + Ab Ripper X (16mins) + walking Tico (20mins) + additional cardio tonight (25mins)
Amount of sleep: 6.5ish hrs (10pm - 4:40am)
Medications: multivitamin & calcium
Supplements: rice protein (1 scoop)
