Entry week 5 no cheat days

*managed to lose 6 lbs so far!!!! but i gained it back this weekend from too much sodium and beer... oops!! i wasnt over my calories, but my sodium was waaaay too high!!*

Monday; Spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, salad and strawberries with angel food cake for dessert.

Tuesday; Carribean Chicken with red bell peppers, acorn squash,  and black beans and yellow rice. Chocolate covered banana for dessert.

Wensday; Turkey tacos (2 6" tortillas), "refried beans", salad. Bf wasnt home for dinner, so no point making any. I had last nights leftovers. I didnt sleep, so im not counting today. lol it makes me think too hard.

Thursday; Chicken satay, curried mushrooms, rice, yogurt sauce. I forgot i have a package of (factory sealed) porkloin i need to butcher, so we will be having pork chops tonight. I think with an apple stuffing and green beans. It is 6 AM and i fell asleep at 3... hmmm gunna be a looong day! i did end up getting about 3 hours yesterday, but not til noon. Geez im screwed up! *Still up 4 lbs from Friday*

Friday; Moraccan veggie kabobs, garbanzo stew, flatbread

Saterday; Mediterranian Pasta, salad. Going out so i will count 2 lg glasses of wine. Or 1 cosmo.

Sunday; Frittata, caesar salad, grilled peaches w sweetened plain yogurt
