well here I am beginning again...months later, pounds heavier, trying to finally accomplish my goal in becoming fit.

List of BAD FOODS:

Milk

Cheese

Bread

Cookies and other pasteries and sweets and such

Chocolate

Cereal

 

 

By December 11, 2008 I want to be 115 pounds. I will excercise a half hour a day and keep my calorie intake to 1200. Wish me luck, here I go.
