I actually got my lazy butt out of bed this morning and did Jillian Michaels Cardio workout. Ate pretty good and exercised really good.
Went to the YMCA and did upper body circuit training and then the stair stepper.
Total Caloric Intake (Goal 1400): 1530
Total Caloric Output: 2607
Physical Activity Morning: Jillian Michaels Cardio
Physical Activity Afternoon: Upper body circuit, stair stepper and Walk/jog 20 minutes
