Good tip to remember....I pampered myself this past Sunday. Spent a leisurely afternoon shopping, ending up at the grocery store. Got a cute 75 oz bottle to hold water. It's a great reminder to drain those 75 oz (or try real hard) while I am at the office.
Once every 6 months I take my dogs into the city for their grooming which takes the whole day (they really get pampered!). So, that gives me the whole day, by myself, to window shop, try out new cafe's, go to a spa (manicure, pedicure, facial) or whatever I choose. No husband or teenagers hurrying me through the stores. It is heaven. I have a 50 oz water bottle and I use it to gauge my water intake too. Without it, I'd be lost! |
It'll soon be the season for gift-buying, and for holiday getaways. So why not buy some travel gifts? For kids, moms, dads.
