I'll make this a short entry instead of adding it to my other one for today...
My gym bootcamp class was awesome today. It was like "Spin Camp"! We were on the bikes for 2 or 3 songs, then we got off & did 2 mins of either pushups, squats, jumping rope & abs (planks, crunches, bicycle). Wicked time. The girl next to me sounded like she was totally beat but then in the locker room, she was like "that wasn't too bad!" I felt like a champ because I'm used to spin classes and I was really giving it 100%! Good times.
Oh, here's how Greg & I are different... Look at the burger he just consumed.
Doug's "Don't Fear the Reaper" Burger $15.00
Four Patties, 4 Bacon pieces, 2 cheese slices, 1 fried egg, topped with a 100% All-Beef wiener, Boogie's Signature Red Sauce and all the fixings.

The sight of all the ground beef and hot dog makes me ill! But to his credit, I'm sure this was some sort of male eating contest & I don't think he finished it all!

That looks absolutely disgusting! In fact I've been disgusted by burgers half that size! All the saturated fat! Gross!

ewwwwww that burger looks nasty! |
LOL my man would love that burger too ... I think it looks great ( even tho i wouldnt eat it) ... I guess thats what got me here in the first place haha =) |
omg that's funny! props to greg for atempting it... he must have the caveman meat eating gene;) that is hard to look at. incidentally, the only place i've ever seen an egg on a burger was when we traveled in australia - but they also put beets on them (ick!) so you can't go by them. didn't know Canadians did that too! lol |
