Well, it's been a week since I started this program... I've lost 5.5 pounds, and I decided I need to stop weighing myself every day because I bounce around. I was actually down 7 lbs during the week, so I am not as happy with the 5.5 lb loss as I should be! There is no turning back, though. I am tired of being flabby! I ordered some exercise dvd's, this week's loss was based solely on calorie counting (I didn't exercise at all)... so I'm hoping the dvd's will help. I journey on! :)
