OK-so I finally looked at something else in this new cc_

so whats up with the burn meter--is the number what I burned--then what is the Total Estimate?-is that like what I average or something?

Oh yeah-I am 188 lbs now-up from 186 but my muscle mass has decreased with my decrease of physical labour.  I have set my calorie goal to 2100 cal's a day to get down to 170lbs.  I know I went down to 153lbs before but I believe that cc is wrong in saying that is a good weight for me-I may seem like a light build but I have pretty big shoulders and would have to be a skinny minnie without muscle to be that low. -which I was, well still the gut but no muscle at all.

Its a start *shrug*-I have realized even with the junk food since the wife has gone I have not really got to high-just a little too much every day.

I will admit, I don't use CC like I should. AND....YES....I'm a fatty fatty 2 by 4....and have gain some weight...AND propably should be able to tell ya what a burn - o - meter is BUT...... I can't tell ya what  is.  So there! Cool

Skinny minnie, yeah yeah yeah......nice shoulders are a big TURN ON.....( I have to admit) muscle or not.  I guess we just keep working on our bodies! I WANT "perfection, HA HA Tongue out 

Junk FOOD is .... YUM!

BTW......I AM NOT 2 timin' ya......he he........I need the, um, real "thing" once in awhile......OH & I've had a few glasses of Merlot tonight............big teethy grin to ya.....yeah...................Laughing
