Entry weight loss

Yeah looks like my frugal dinner paid off as the scales down today. Also weighed myself BEFORE breakfast. I am trying to use my food log to start planning ahead my meals so that eventually I should be able to calculate my dailey total ahead of time then plan for what exercise I need to do to reach my deficit. (or vice versa - how much can i eat if I n\do X about of exercise).

Have to admit that glass of wine didn't taste as great as I thought it would. Not sure if it was me or the wine - it was on special but Montana usually a good brand. Anyway punked out of the extra late night dog walk to burn a few extra cals so deficit was only -417. Never mind I'm still fine tuning. I have a plan to map the results I record in Excel as I like to see visually.

Today being Saturday will be lots of op for exercise and I will count stuff like vaccuming, washing cause I dont do it every day. Plus got gardening to do and will try and go for a run - but calves very sore and tight after step class on Thursday. Might check out the running forum for some advice on this.
