even though I only ate 1200 calories today, I feel really greedy, I don't know I haven't been able to workout since friday, and I am really dreading what wii fit will think, I dont want to make my muscles worse my working out, especially with no pain killers, but at the same time, I want this fat GONE!!! Grrrr, I am so mad...
While you are injured you shouldn't have to give up exercise completely. If you spend time on low impact excercises, you will still get a benefit. For example, look up running and walking in the database here. Walking a mile actually burns more calories than running a mile. That's because walking takes longer so you are burning calories longer. So, if you normally exercise vigorously for 30 minutes; then do light exercise for 45 minutes instead. You will allow your injury to heal and burn more calories. |
Thank you so much, I went to the doc today, and he said it wasnt a fracture, so I will start exercise tomorrow, but in the meantime, I will take a nice relaxing walk tonight with my family!!! Thank you again!!! |
