1870 calories for today. Didn't reach my goal of 1500. Ugh! Why is this so HARD?? I suppose this is wayyy better than what I have been doing, but I still want to lose weight SO bad! My burn meter is up above 2400, so I still have a pretty big deficit. Maybe I'm so hungry because I lifted (light), did the elliptical for 35 minutes, and then played a flag football game, lol. I think my body just needs to adjust to less food. I just have to keep my butt (and mind!) in gear and I know I can do this.
I just always feel so huge. Right now I'm not sure exactly how much I weigh, but this past week it has fluctuated between 163-166. Not horrible but this is not where I want to be. I want to be SKINNY!
