Well, I did better on my eating yesterday and today has been in line. I still need to get my water consumption up. I got my workout in last night even though I didn't get to do taekwondo,
AND I talked to my instructor's instructor, Ms. Baker, and she says that we can schedule our belt testing in December to fall on Saturday the 20th, so that maybe my Mom and family can be there to see Duncan and Ian and myself test. Master Goins will be there, it would be a great honor to be judged by him.
Wow. That would be so, so cool to watch you go through your test. I hope it can happen on the 20th. We'll have had a day to catch up from jet lag, too. Your grandpa would probably be interested too. Glad your eating is better and you got a workout done. It seems like the exercise is a real motivating factor (even when I drag my *ss getting to the point of actually moving). Oh. About me reaching the same weight as you. That would be great for me, but I would still be in the "overweight" range. You are a couple of inches taller than I am... Anyway, I hope you can get down to where you want to be by the time we arrive. I think I need to have a deficit of about 10,000 calories stockpiled before I show a weight loss of 2 lbs. So, it's tricky to get that stockpiled while exercising and eating enough to counteract the exercise. I put a little Ticker for calculating the deficit on my profile page, and I update it every night before bed. Maybe you need a high number for a deficit too. |
If you don't feel like your cholesterol is high, no worries, right? Wrong. High cholesterol gives no warnings and could be deadly.
