I think I am finally feed up with the way I feel. I hate not fitting into any of my clothes, feeling unattractive, living in my sweats! I need to make healthy choices, workout more, and feel better about myself. I am 167 right now, thats three pounds under my highest weight, and 13 under what my dad weighs. (I'm only an inch shorter than him). I need to get down to 140. I have a pretty small frame that just does not handle my current weight well. Here is to a good tommrow.
PS I have decieded to only weigh myself once a week so I'll give an update on sunday to see if I have lost any weight.
