Ok, so I hit my short term goal of 135, and then pushed it out to 130 by the end of the year.
It started off going really well.. my weight continued to slowly go down, as far as 133.5 on October 10th...
But then I got a little greedy and lazy, and ignored as the scale crept up slowly. So now I am back at 135.5. Not a huge loss, but still kind of dissappointing that it took me like 3 weeks to loose the last 2 pounds from 137 to 135, but then I would let myself gain back 2 pounds in a matter of days!
So today I am getting BACK ON TRACK to finish off these last measly pounds! I am getting BACK into the habit of bringing my own lunch to work (ok I forgot this morning, but ate more carefully than the lunches out I had the last THREE workdays...), I am NOT buying candy bars for my snacks, I am NOT scarfing cookies after my otherwise quite sensible dinner!
I AM logging EVERYTHING that goes into my mouth!
Thanksgiving and Christmas goodies are just around the corner, and if I am going to let myself indulge a little, I need to get back into my good habits so that I don't spike up in weight, and so I can keep a little more self control about my indulgences!
OH, and I am DEFINITELY getting my gym schedule back UP AND *RUNNING* (emphasis on the running!!)
It'll soon be the season for gift-buying, and for holiday getaways. So why not buy some travel gifts? For kids, moms, dads.
